I've signed up with http://www.logyourrun.com so that I can track the exercise I do as I train for upcoming marathons. The Antarctica Marathon on 7 march 2010
is the next one on the horizon. I aim to run a distance of 20-40 miles weekly. I compliment my running with
spin classes at my gym and time on stairmaster. And, starting in the
New Year, will pick up those weights again! You can click on
the arrows to the right and left of the week listed below to scroll to
different weeks. I started tracking training on 9/27/09. And kept track through January. I will update February/March/April here soon.
