My exercise log

I've signed up with http://www.logyourrun.com so that I can track the exercise I do as I train for upcoming marathons. I aim to run a distance of 20-40 miles weekly. I compliment my running with spin classes at my gym. Just recently, I added some time on stairmaster to my workout. And starting now (2/27) I'm going to weight train twice a week.

I logged a couple months-worth of exercise. You can check 'em out. 
 
3/1/2011: My 5th marathon is on the horizon (7/3/2011) so that means it's back to diligently tracking workouts.
